By accessing and using Formatted Webhooks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Formatted Webhooks provides enhanced webhook formatting and delivery for Fourthwall shop events to Discord. The Service:

• Receives webhook events from Fourthwall
• Formats the data into Discord-compatible embeds
• Delivers formatted notifications to your Discord webhooks
• Provides analytics and tracking of webhook events

4. User Accounts

To use this Service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Have a valid Fourthwall shop account
• Have a Discord server with webhook permissions
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or distribute malware
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Exceed reasonable API rate limits or abuse the Service
• Violate Fourthwall's Terms of Service or Discord's Terms of Service

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

7. API Access and Tokens

You grant us permission to:

• Access your Fourthwall shop via OAuth tokens
• Create and manage webhooks on your behalf through Fourthwall's API
• Retrieve shop information and webhook events
• Store access tokens securely for ongoing service operation

You may revoke access at any time through your Fourthwall account settings.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• We are not responsible for webhook delivery failures caused by Discord, Fourthwall, or network issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• If you violate these Terms of Service
• If you violate Fourthwall's Terms of Service
• If your account is used for abusive or malicious purposes
• At our sole discretion, with or without notice

You may terminate your account by emailing fourthwall@ilora.xyz.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms even if automoated. We will send a notification to all web hooks about any TOS or Privacy Policy change.

12. Third-Party Services

This Service integrates with:

• Fourthwall: Subject to their Terms of Service
• Discord: Subject to their Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party services.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Sixth Judicial District Court in Bannock County, ID.
